Andrew Knight became a part of the commercial real estate brokerage community in 2001. In July of 2004 NECB, INC. was established in South Windsor, CT. Since that time we have sold residential development land, commercial development land, office buildings, apartment buildings and retail commercial property. NECB, Inc. is now located in New Smyrna Beach FL. As of March 2022 the corporation in Florida became known as NEW ENGLAND COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE, Inc.

Sean Schweiker
Sean Schweiker is a Commercial Real Estate Agent with a focus on industrial, retail, and land real estate properties. Sean works with private investors, developers, and tenants across the country to strategize and execute their real estate objectives.
Prior to joining Southwide Commercial Brokerage, Sean worked in industrial tenant representation where he advised numerous Fortune 500 companies on site selection and completed over $100M in leasing transactions. Sean also has considerable experience in rezoning and permitting commercial land, having entitled industrial, retail, and multifamily developments throughout the southeast. Sean graduated from Clemson University where he studied Economics.
